事發現場，消防救援人員隨身攜帶全身吊帶、三角吊帶、船型擔架、繩索止墜器、強力錨點帶、掛鉤、滑輪等繩索救援裝備，徒步下山，將女子轉運至所攜帶的船型擔架上，準備進行二次接力運送。由于近期雨水較多，百丈崖瀑布地勢陡峭、山路濕滑，給救援人員轉運傷者過程增加了不少難度。歷經兩小時的接力運送，最終將受傷女子轉移至安全地帶交由現場的醫療人員進行后續的檢查和治療。
